How it works
From anonymous visit to booked job
LeadHVAC sits on the website you already have. It tells you who came by, what they were after, and what to say when you reach out.
1. Install one tag
You, or whoever manages your website, paste one line of code into your site's header. It works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and hand-built sites alike: anything that lets you add a script to the header. It loads asynchronously, so your pages don't wait on it.
2. Visitors are identified where a match exists
Every visit is counted. When a visit can be matched to a person or a business, LeadHVAC shows you who it was, how to reach them, and every page they read across their visits. Plenty of visits won't match; those stay anonymous and simply count toward your traffic.
Homeowners and businesses look different. A homeowner shows up as a person. A property management firm, a school district or a restaurant group shows up as a company, which is what commercial sales teams need. More on commercial →
3. AI reads what they were looking for
A visitor's trail through your site says a lot. LeadHVAC's AI reads the pages each person viewed, how long they stayed and how often they came back, and sorts them into the kinds of work you sell:
| If they read about… | LeadHVAC reads it as… |
|---|---|
| System replacement, heat pumps, new furnace | Replacement shopper: highest value, call first. |
| Financing, rebates, special offers | Price-checking a big purchase. Lead with financing in the follow-up. |
| No heat, AC not cooling, emergency service | Repair call: speed matters more than anything. |
| Tune-ups, maintenance plans, memberships | Maintenance-plan prospect: a good fit for a seasonal offer. |
| Commercial services, rooftop units, service agreements | Commercial prospect: see the company, find the facility contact. |
| Careers, about us only | Probably not a customer. Kept out of the call list. |
4. Your office gets a follow-up, not a spreadsheet
Each lead arrives with a two-line summary of what the person was researching and a drafted email and call note that mention it. A homeowner who read about heat pumps and financing gets an opener about heat pumps and financing, not a generic “thanks for visiting.”
Your CSR or comfort advisor reads it, edits it if they want, and reaches out. Nothing is sent on your behalf without your team.
5. See what turns into work
Quote requests and contact forms on your site are counted as conversions, so you can see which pages bring in people who call, which bring in people who don't, and how many of the quiet ones your team won back.
